Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. The service

Colugo (colugo.app) is a task tracking and prioritization tool operated by Opus Automations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Beta status and price

Colugo is currently free while in beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; features may change, and we may introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice. We may suspend or discontinue the service (or your access to it) at any time, including for breach of these terms.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you store in Colugo. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (storing and displaying your tasks, syncing the ones you choose to your calendar). Use of connected Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or probe security, no interfering with other users, no automated scraping or bulk account creation.

5. Not professional advice

Colugo is an organizational tool. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or compliance advice, and Colugo is not responsible for the professional obligations of its users.

6. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opus Automations disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero during the free beta).

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle and how. It forms part of these terms.

8. Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Contact: tony@opusautomations.com.
